Heart Choices is a non-profit pregnancy and parenting resource center serving the greater North Central Kansas community since 2002. We understand that you might be feeling scared, alone, or unprepared. We are here to help you navigate this journey with clarity and confidence.
We are dedicated to providing positive options, compassionate support, and vital education to women and men facing unplanned pregnancies.

Is there a charge for your services?
No. All of our services are free of charge and confidential. There are no income requirements for receiving free care from Heart Choices. You can visit our center confidently knowing you will not be required to pay a penny to receive the help, resources, and hope that you need.
Do I need to schedule an appointment?
No. An appointment can make things easier and quicker for you, but you are not required to have schedule an appointment before visiting us. You can stop by during any of our normal open hours and we will be glad to serve you.
I'm pregnant, now what?
The next step is to confirm that your pregnancy is in the right spot, your uterus and not an ectopic pregnancy, and to find out how far along you are. An ultrasound performed by a trained medical professional can help confirm this. Contact us to learn more.
I'm pregnant or my girlfriend is pregnant. What are my options?
An unexpected pregnancy can be scary - we get it. If you've found yourself in this situation, we're here to help you learn about your options. Reach out and we can help you navigate the road ahead.

Our doors are open to everyone in the greater North Central Kansas community. With convenient locations in Beloit, Concordia, Osborne, and Smith Center, we are here to provide free and confidential support to all, regardless of your background, income, beliefs, or circumstances.
We understand that every person’s journey is unique. We are here for you, no matter your situation. We welcome:
- Women who think they might be pregnant and need a free pregnancy test or ultrasound to be sure.
- Couples who are facing an unplanned pregnancy and need to talk through their options (pregnancy, adoption, and abortion) in a safe, non-judgmental space.
- Men who are supporting their partner or want to learn more about our fatherhood programs and support.
- New Parents (moms and dads) who need material support like diapers and formula, or want to join our “Earn While You Learn” parenting classes.
- Anyone seeking compassionate healing and support after an abortion.
Our Mission
Our purpose is to empower as many individuals as possible in the greater North Central Kansas area to make healthy life choices regarding their sexuality, child-bearing, and parenting, consistent with the sanctity of human life.
